When it comes to grill chicken then the most common question that comes to the mind is, “how long does it take to grill chicken?” Well, if you are going to grill chicken then the first thing that you need to see is the size of the cut of the chicken pieces. You need to build the right fire. If you choose to use gas then it is best to light the burners on each. You need to leave the center burner off. If you are using charcoal, then you can go for mounding the materials in two large piles and that too at each end of the barbeque. You need to light the fire and you should ensure that there are no flames in it. The next thing you need to do is to close the lid and allow heating for 5-10 minutes. You need to prepare the chicken by rubbing canola oil or even olive oil with salt and pepper. Do squeeze a fresh lemon over the pieces. You have to put the chicken on the grill and that too between the two piles of hot coals. Then close the lid and cook for nearly 20-25 minutes. You can brush the pieces with sauce prior to placing it on the grill. The temperature should be set to 230-250 degree Fahrenheit. You can get a meat thermometer to check for the exact temperature. You need to ensure that the chicken pieces are well cooked. Serve hot with your family as well as friends. | ||||||
